At the heart of any small business is an entrepreneur or group of entrepreneurs. They are special people with many gifts and talents. At Bennie R. King, P.C. our goal for small business is to fill in the gaps for financial and tax management on a very personal level on an as needed basis. Some small business managers are very comfortable with financial issues and may need only compliance help. Others may need education from the ground up and we are prepared to handle this.
On whatever level you are the following services are available to help:
  1. Full Information Services through computer preparation of financial statements and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  2. Use of integrated software with ours installed on your computer to keep your checkbook, including preparing computer checks and deposits. At the end of each period you merely send us a diskette or download electronically. This eliminates duplicate keying of information and thus saves time and money.
  3. Other integrated software is available for accounts payable that works with the checkbook program.
  4. Complete payroll and payroll tax services, as needed.
  5. Year End Full Disclosure financial statements needed by lenders or regulators. We can include whatever level of service is required including Compilation, Review or Audit.
  6. System setup and design consultation.
  7. Full tax services concerning federal income tax, multistate income tax and integration of owner's income taxes. Small businesses and their owners cannot be separated at tax time. To go from point A to point B the combined tax liability must be considered. Neither entity can operate in a vacuum without surprises.
  8. Turnkey Company set up including Incorporation or Limited Liability Company Registration.
  9. Employee benefit planning.
